This strategy has been found to work at 888's Casino-On-Net by many people. I don't know how much longer new accounts will be able to play with this strategy, but for the time being (and I'm predicting the next few months) it could be used to make some pretty decent money.

Why does it work?

Roulette is one of the easiest games to profit with because of it's extremely low house odds (less than 3% for European Roulette) and it's high payout (2:1 all the way to 36:1). This means that a $1 bet can win between $2 to $36. All you need to do is to find the right bets to make.
I had followed Roulette strategies from other websites (such as Roulette Advantage and R-Bet) and had very limited success. Not to mention that it seemed as if it could be done a bit easier than the methods that they were promoting (though I should mention that I did win following the methods at Roulette Advantage and R-Bet).

You can bet on all of the numbers (0-36) for a 36:1 payout.
You can bet on the 2 to 1 bets for a 3:1 payout.
You can bet on the 1st 12, 2nd 12, and 3rd 12 for a 3:1 payout.
You can bet on Red/Black, 1-18/19-36, and Even/Odd for a 2:1 payout.
Unlike other casino games such as Black Jack or Slots, Roulette requires absolutely no skill from the player. Roulette, in theory, is based entirely on the law of averages and probability. In other words, Roulette is based purely on chance.
Because of this fact there are many strategies that have been been theorized to win that have failed. This is why you will find so many websites that are selling a strategy- that's the only way the owner/creator of the strategy is able to make money with it.
In the case of Casino-On-Net they allow you to do a few things that most casinos don't.
1) They let you spin without betting. This is critical in establishing your betting patterns.
2) They offer a large deposit bonus. Up to $200 matched bonus, making it easy to create a large initial bankroll.
In order for a Roulette strategy to work it needs to take a few key points into consideration:
1) It needs to be replicatable. It's not a strategy if you can't produce the same results more than once. The strategy that I follow has been tested (by me) to work at Casino-On-Net, but I have received e-mails confirming that it works at many other casino's.
2) You must be able to cash out your winnings. This means that are required to make a deposit and make a certain amount of bets in order to cash out your winnings. The casino will prevent you from making a withdrawl if you have no deposit or chargeback a previously made one (some strategies recommend you do this).
3) It must rely on probability, not predictability. Some strategies attempt to "predict" which number will come up. These strategies do not work simply because it is impossible to predict which numbers will come up.
